At Lychen, our projects demonstrate how systemic intelligence can move from theory into practice.
Each collaboration is tailored to the needs of our partners, combining interdisciplinary research, stakeholder perspectives, and technology to deliver clarity where complexity dominates.

For the Dutch International Mental Health Hub, Lychen developed an AI-supported tool that can generate models of national mental health systems within seconds. This innovation allows professionals to enter international meetings with a ready-made overview of their own system, sparing hours of explanation and enabling partners to focus immediately on strategy and collaboration.
The tool is also used by de Nederlandse ggz, both for international comparison and for internal learning. Many employees discovered aspects of the Dutch mental health system they had never seen mapped before. Our systemic overviews revealed structures, feedback loops, and dynamics that provided new insights.

Beyond mental health, Lychen aims to apply this approach to other societal and organizational systems. By integrating all domains: policy, data, culture, economics, and lived experience. We deliver models that make complexity visible, actionable, and resilient.
Each project strengthens our mission: to help organizations understand the systems they are part of, and to act with clarity.
